Asked by quality teams
How much storage does a line need?
A line at 240 parts per minute produces about 115,000 images per shift. Pass images are compressed and defect images kept at full resolution, so storage stays manageable.
Can we keep everything on our own servers?
Yes, on the 100× plan the image store runs on-premise and nothing leaves the plant.
Does it work with serialized parts?
Yes. When parts carry a code, it is read in the same image and linked to the verdict.
Turn the knob to your line speed.
A 5% manual sample checks 5,760 of them. NanoQuantumAI checks all 115,200, and keeps a picture of each one.
