Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the website, the pilot and the platform:

• Contact and account details you submit, such as name, work email, company, role and details about your production lines.
• Inspection data generated on your lines: part images, verdicts, defect measurements, timestamps, camera and model versions.
• Machine and process events you choose to connect, such as PLC tags, tool changes and material batch records.
• Basic technical data from website visits, such as browser type and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and secure.

2. Inspection images and models belong to you

Images captured on your lines, the labels your team adds and the models trained on them are your data. We use them only to provide inspection, traceability, root-cause analysis and model training for you. They are never used to train models for other customers and are never sold.

3. Cameras point at products, not people

Camera Kits are installed with their field of view on the conveyor or the product. They are not used to record or identify workers. If a person appears in an image by accident, for example a hand during a line stop, the image is treated as inspection data and kept under the same access rules.

4. How we use information

• To create your account, send login details and run your pilot.
• To provide and support the platform, including alerts and reports you set up.
• To respond to sales and support requests.
• To keep the platform secure and to fix faults.

5. Where data is stored

Inspection decisions are made on the edge computer at your line. Results and images sync to encrypted cloud storage, or to your own servers on plans with on-premise storage. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

6. Retention

Part images and results are kept for the retention period of your plan or the period you configure per product. Account and contact details are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal and accounting duties.

7. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform, such as hosting and email delivery, under written confidentiality and data protection terms, or when required by law.

8. Access and roles

Your administrators decide who in your organization can see images, change defect rules and export reports. Our support engineers access your data only when you ask for help or when needed to keep the service running, and that access is logged.

9. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your account information and inspection data at any time. On closing an account, inspection data is returned to you on request and then deleted.
