Cameras, lighting and mounts for your line.
Most inspection accuracy comes from the image. Each Camera Kit is matched to your part size, surface finish and line speed, then mounted, calibrated and tested during the pilot.
Industrial cameras
Global shutter area cameras from 5 to 25 MP and line-scan cameras for continuous material.
Lighting that fits the surface
Dome for shiny metal, backlight for outlines, coaxial for print, low-angle for scratches and dents.
Matched optics
Lenses chosen for your working distance and smallest defect, down to about 0.1 mm.
Edge computer
Fanless industrial PC with GPU, digital I/O and PLC connectivity. Runs offline.
Mounts and enclosures
Aluminum profile mounts, IP65 enclosures and cable sets for washdown and dusty areas.
Using your own cameras
GigE Vision and USB3 Vision cameras you already own are tested in the pilot and reused if suitable.
From line survey to a calibrated camera.
Three kits, one per inspection point.
One-time hardware price per inspection point. Software is billed separately per line in Our Plans.

Asked by quality teams
Can we use cameras we already have?
Often, yes. If they are industrial cameras with GigE Vision or USB3 Vision and the lighting is steady, we test them in the pilot.
Who installs the kit?
Our engineers install and calibrate it with your maintenance team. Most inspection points take less than a day.
How many cameras does a part need?
One camera sees one side. Parts that need top, bottom and sides inspected use two to four cameras, or a mirror setup.
Turn the knob to your line speed.
A 5% manual sample checks 5,760 of them. NanoQuantumAI checks all 115,200, and keeps a picture of each one.
